In 2011 our visit to Joigny was the occasion for our members Barbara Noakes and Nigel Thomson to be inducted into Joigny’s Order of Wine Tasters.
In 2012 the Mayor of Joigny visited and enjoyed a 14th July celebration with us.

Godalming en fête
On Saturday 7th June Godalming’s annual Town Day Carnival was held on the Bury’s Field. The Godalming Joigny Friendship Association took a stand in order to promote its activities.

Anyone for boules?
Thursday July 3 saw a beautiful evening and we spent it playing boules at the Foresters Arms in Kirdford. A splendid time was had by all and this looks like becoming a regular fixture.
